Warranty Policy.

Please e-mail us first to determine if the item is indeed defective. Then make an RMA request. When e-mailing please provide us with the date of purchase, invoice # and detailed description of the problem.

Limited Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS FOR THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER ONLY AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. CustomPC-Solutions.com warrants to the original purchaser that product(s) will be in good working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The limited warranty term is one year parts and one year labor commencing on the date of invoice. During the warranty period, CustomPC-Solutions.com will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware system, free of charge for labor and parts. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not extend this warranty.

Excluded from this warranty is any damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused by: impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling.

The above constitutes purchaser's exclusive remedies for breach of warranty. CustomPC-Solutions.com shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, absolute or strict liability, or any other similar theories.

Damages excluded include but are not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, "down-time", purchaser's time, injury to property, and all claims of third parties. CustomPC-Solutions.com will not be responsible for consequential damage to the boards or the system or any of its components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed by or purchased from CustomPC-Solutions.com. CustomPC-Solutions.com will also not be responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data inadvertently caused by products, under normal or abnormal use, purchased from CustomPC-Solutions.com.

The limited warranty also does not cover damages or defects that may have been caused by: Shipping damage (other than the original shipment), improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect or improper environment, repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts not by an CustomPC-Solutions.com employee, inadequate or excessive electrical power surges, or other power irregularities.

CustomPC-Solutions.com will also not replace, repair, or refund on any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match, or if the product is not sold directly by CustomPC-Solutions.com. Monitors, printers and computer accessories are not covered by CustomPC-Solutions.com

15-Day Money Back Guarantee

In addition to our standard warranty, we also offer a 15-day money back guarantee on all of our systems. If you are not satisfied with your system you may return it within 15 days for a refund. Refund is only issued for the sale amount, and does not include freight. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To return any merchandise, an (RMA) needs to be obtained by e-mailing our customer service department and providing the invoice number, item description, and serial number(s). The returned merchandise must include the (RMA) and its original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. All sales on software items are final.

Refund policy for your new system:

We try to provide the best customer experience by offering quality products and services. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your new system, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with us leaves you delighted. In the event that you still wish to return your system, here are a few things you should know:

  • You may return your new system up to 15 days from the date of invoice.

  • You are responsible for shipping the system back to CustompPC-Solutions.com and for the costs associated with that shipment.

  • It is important that you return everything on your order, and that it is in its original packaging.

  • Customer must package the products properly. CustomPC-Solutions.com is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee. All electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap. There should be at least one inch of cushing material such as peanuts between the item and the walls of the box.

  • We suggest that customers obtain a receipt of any packages shipped back to us. CustomPC-Solutions.com is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.

  • We will credit your account for the price of the system minus shipping and handling & restocking fee.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

30-Day Warranty

All OEM CPU's unless specifically stated otherwise, carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include overclocking, use of CPU without cooling fan, improper voltage, or any use of the CPU that does not fall into the designed use of the CPU as intended by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranty

All parts (except OEM CPUs, and refurbished items) come with a manufacturers warranty against defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of the product with the same product or like product as determined by the customer and RMA when direct replacement is unavailable. Manufacturers often offer additional warranty for the following products: hard drives, retail boxed CPUs, and monitors. Customers should contact the perspective manufacturer after warranty with CustomPC-Solutions.com expires.

All Other Warranty Coverage

Certain parts may come with extended Manufacturer's Warranty. The equipment Manufacturer honors this warranty and CustomPC-Solutions.com assumes no responsibility in honoring this warranty. Customer has to contact manufacturer to obtain the RMA. Customer assumes all shipping costs to manufacturers.

Warranty Forfeiture

Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, manufacturer seals or CustomPC-Solutions.com seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all shipping costs (unless otherwise arranged with service or sale personnel).

Monitor/Printer/Accessories

CustomPC-Solutions.com provides no warranty on monitors, printers and computer accessories. Customer must deal directly with the manufacturer.

Privacy policy

CustomPC-Solutions.com respects each individual's autonomy and is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of the site. Our stance on privacy is very simple. CustomPC-Solutions.com collects personal information about you only when you knowingly and willingly provide it to us; and secondly, we will not share or otherwise profit from the distribution of personal data beyond the use it was provided to fulfill. Limited warranty & terms for used/refurbished computers & parts:

  • Used desktop and notebook computer products, with the exception of accessories, are warranted for 30 days.

  • All used products are sold exclusive of any manuals or operating systems disks.

  • We offer no extended warranty on used computer equipment.

  • Any repairs or breakdowns become your responsibility if you have not notified us by phone or email within the first 30 days.

  • Warranty Covers Major components: e.g., CPU, Memory, Hard Drive, CD-Rom.

  • Warranty Does Not Cover Cosmetic damage, missing parts or physical abuse caused by the customer. All items are sold "as-is".

  • CustomPC-Solutions.com is not responsible for lost data.

  • Notebook batteries are not included in any warranty.

  • ALL SALES OF USED COMPUTERS & EQUIPMENT ARE FINAL.
