(This fee is for virus removal only. If customer wants anything reinstalled or reconfigured due to the damage by the virus, the Installation Fees will apply)- $75.00
Toronto Data recovery
(Hard Drive crashed? System will not boot? Accidentally deleted an important file?) The price is per Hard Drive, no matter if you need one file or the whole drive recovered- $99.00
Toronto Data backup
(moving all of the requested documents, address book, messages, etc. to CD's or separate Hard Drive. Five CD's or one Hard drive per service fee. Each extra CD is $5.00 and hard drive $35.00) - $50.00

Toronto System backup
We can completely back up your system and put it on bootable CD, so next time you have problems with the system or loose your setting - simply insert a Restore CD , reboot your machine and follow simple step by step instructions - $89.00
Operating System/Software Installation Fees:
We will reinstall OS or software providing that the customer has a legal copy of the CD.
WE WILL NOT INSTALL ANY PIRATED SOFTWARE!
Operating System install - $50.00
*Windows Software install (games, programs, offices, etc...) - $5.00 per CD.
*If the total amount is less than hourly fee you will be charged based on per hour rates.
Toronto System Tweaking, Cleaning, Configuration - Hourly fees apply.
Toronto Internet & email setup and configuration
Providing that the customer has all of the information from their ISP we will install and configure their dial-up or high-speed internet and email. Configuration will include restoring the old address book or emails if any were previously backed up and current email client supports their format. - $50.00
High-speed internet & Router Installation/Configuration
This service includes installation and configuration of High-speed internet (*Rogers or *Sympatico) with your browser, email client and router. - $50.00
*Customer must have setup the account with their ISP and received the modem before the visit of our technician. Router is not included in the price. Please check our Store for the prices.

Toronto Networking Service & Support
Home Network - $65.00 per computer - Price includes node configuration and up to 99 feet of cable if necessary. Hub, switch or router has to be purchased separately.
Office/Small Business Network - $95.00 per drop. We will pull the cable from patch panel (hub, switch, router) to the wall jacks, each separate drop will be numbered and tagged, cables will be tested for transfer. All cables and wall jacks are included in price.

Emergency services are provided at $65.00 an hour, each hour spent on premises.
